Horseback riding Vacation in England:
Horseback Riding Great Britain

Horseback riding in England is almost a religion
There are some excellent opportunities for horseback riding in England. There are some excellent tours in the wilder parts of the Island and outstanding training programs from top instructors. It is easy to reach these places from London. Horse riding is a very popular sport in the UK and the British take horse riding very seriously. The Welsh Mountain Trail offers the visitor a rich variety of natural beauty: high mountains with steep, wooded slopes, grassy, rolling hills and fertile valleys. Villages and farmhouses nestle in the folds of this seemingly endless hill country blending harmoniously with the landscape. One has lovely views of the fields and hedgerows of the peaceful countryside laid out below like a patchwork quilt, as you cross the hills. The landscape has great variety, exciting history and lasting charm. Everywhere you will find a warm, friendly welcome as in rural areas in most of the world.

Horseback riding Vacation in Mexico:
Horseback Riding Mexico
La Sierra Cavalcade

The land of Aztecs and Conquistadors is at our doorstep. The cultural and historical value of this ride is to be favorably compared with many European trips. The base is the picturesque, 400 year-old village of Valle de Bravo with its beautiful setting of pristine mountains, pine forests and soft grasslands. One sees lovely Spanish haciendas and old colonial structures. The Quarter Horses and Thoroughbreds are excellent horses one would expect to find in Europe or the U.S., rather than the smaller horses usually found in Mexico and Central America. The ride is run with European competency without losing the charming flavor of Mexico.

North Island Ride

These beautiful islands down-under have magnificent scenery and some very warm hospitality to offer the visitor. The country holds fertile farmland, spectacular snow-capped mountains, geysers to rival Yellowstone and some of the world's best trout fishing in its lakes and rivers.

The North Island has a temperate climate and one can ride there all year. Our ride takes place only a two hour drive from Auckland and one can easily stop there on the way to or from Australia. This program can be custom tailored to do virtually anytime your schedule permits. One stays in a very comfortable farmhouse with the owners, and guests are treated like a part of the family. The surrounding farms, forests and beaches are ideal for riding. There is a 30 mile stretch of uninhabited beach and it is hard to imagine a better place for spirited gallops.
